Our company encourages customers to try out our product samples and evaluate suitability to the potential environment of deployment.
To apply for sample products, please contact a member of our sales team or submit an inquiry. We can then confirm details about the product, pricing, payment and delivery procedure.
Typically a PI will be issued, after which we will anticipate the receipt of payment to be sent via email or fax.
Delivery details will be passed on once the samples have been dispatched with an express agent and tracking number may be provided.
Our team will follow up to make sure the samples arrive in good order and maintain contact during the sampling period for additional support if needed.
Our sales team should be notified and approve of all enterprises involved in testing and demonstrating our samples. Samples are sold at our standard reseller price rate. We guarantee the user may return/request to replace the samples within 30 days of their receipt. Returns will correspond to a full refund.
Cost involved with shipping of samples is handled by the customer, with returns shipping costs covered by Posmart. As with aforementioned regular order policy, payment of sample order is accepted from new partners with the PI. Existing partners have to fulfil payment duties before shipping. TT in advance to proceed order.
Once the product code and quantity for your order has been confirmed with our team via email, we typically issue the proforma invoice (PI) which consists of our banking details. Pricing is determined in correspondence to the price list issued by a sales representative.
Details regarding shipping arrangements are finalised, including lead time, method and express agent.
Upon confirmation of all details and receipt of payment, products are prepared for dispatch, tested and picked up by agent as per arrangements made.
Our trade terms are EXW Taipei. Telegraphic Transfer (TT) in advance to proceed order. Concerning bulk orders, payment is accepted from new partners with the PI. Existing partners have more freedom to fulfil payment duties before shipping process in undertaken. If the customer is unsatisfied with their order or desires to return our products for any other valid reason, Posmart will ensure a full refund in such cases.
The expected lead time for samples is one week . This is subject to availability and shipping method. Shipments of samples to more remote, difficult to reach locations may constitute two weeks lead time.
Bulk orders can take between 10 days and 40 days, also dependent upon location, availability of stock and shipping method. Both sample and regular order delivery times are in relation to receipt of payment.

As per our Ex-works shipping policy, which is used widely throughout the industry, majority of responsibility over the above shipping method will fall to the customer. Posmart will ensure that goods are made available, are suitably packaged and issued to the correct location.
